Reforma Pilates Studio Kenya - Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

  • Clients must book and pay for classes in advance through our online booking system or in-person at the studio.

  •  Payments are non-refundable, except as specified in our cancellation policy.

  • All prices and payment methods are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule classes at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class fee.

  • In the case of extenuating circumstances, please contact the studio to discuss potential exceptions.

3. Class Policies:

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time for classes. Latecomers may not be admitted to a class that has already begun.

  • Clients should wear appropriate fitness attire and bring clean, non-slip socks to each class.

  • Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Health and Safety:

  • Clients must inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in classes.

  • Clients participate in classes at their own risk and are responsible for their well-being during sessions.

  • Our instructors are trained professionals, and clients should follow their instructions for a safe and effective workout.

5. Studio Etiquette:

  • Clients are expected to be respectful of fellow clients and staff members.

  • The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is not permitted during classes to maintain a focused environment.

6. Liability and Waiver:

  • Clients acknowledge that participation in Pilates classes carries inherent risks, and they release Reforma Pilates Studio Kenya from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur.

  • Clients may be required to sign a separate liability waiver before participating in classes.

7. Studio Changes:

  • Reforma Pilates Studio Kenya reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and studio policies at any time.

  • Advance notice of significant changes will be provided whenever possible.

8. Privacy and Data Use:

  • Reforma Pilates Studio Kenya will collect and store client information for business purposes only. Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Termination of Membership:

  • Reforma Pilates Studio Kenya reserves the right to terminate the membership or access of any client for violations of these terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour. 

​10.Non-Solicitation Clause.

  • You agree not to solicit or attempt to solicit any of the company employee's clients, customers, or employees for a period of 12 months following termination of employment. This includes direct or indirect solicitation through any means of communication.

 

By booking and participating in classes at Reforma Pilates Studio Kenya, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

Pilates Studio Client Policies and Contract.

Client Policies:

  • Class Reservations and Cancellations:

  • Clients must reserve their spots in classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio.

  •  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs before the scheduled class, otherwise penalties amounting to the session fee will be applied.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  •  Class Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to allow time for check-in and setup.

  • For safety reasons, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time may not be permitted to join the class.

​Membership and Package Terms:

  • Membership options and package details are outlined on our website and in-person at the studio.

  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
